If your child, neighbour or friend becomes ill or injured how would you feel if you didn't know what to do?

St John Ambulance Dorset offer a wide range of courses aimed at people that just want to be able to help.

Courses for the general public are not workplace based courses but they do empower people to be able to act in an emergency sitatuion.

The courses vary in length and content and are affordable for everybody.
