Programme Lead, External Qualifications

About the Role

As part of the Training and Enterprise directorate, our Programme team have the responsibility for the management and delivery of a product portfolio of learning, assessment and associated training products for clinical, driving and education qualifications.

As Programme Lead, you will deliver this product portfolio to learners both within and outside of St John Ambulance with a particular focus on delivering full qualification pathways to cohorts of learners. You will ensure that the product portfolio offered under your qualification area is relevant to customer needs whilst reflecting regulatory requirements and current best practice. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and launch relevant qualifications, courses and products whilst ensuring outcomes are accurately recorded in line with awarding organisations and SJA requirements.

About You

You will have experience in training and assessing for accredited or regulated qualifications with knowledge of best practice when coordinating, resourcing and managing cohorts through long programmes of study and assessment. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and be highly motivated to achieve both personally and through the wider team.
