Cadet Programme Support Officer

About the Role

As a Cadet Programme Support Officer, you will support the development of our offer for young people and the expansion of our reach within the community by assisting with the development of our Cadet Programme. 

Our new Cadet Programme is due to be completed in September 2020, you will work with multiple stakeholders to support this project and help to ensure our young people programmes are relevant and exciting. 

In this role, you will assist with developing an attractive core programme for young people aged 10-17 including developing a suite of resources as well as supporting and co-ordinating workstreams to assist with the youth strategy.

About You

You will play a key role in developing our youth programme, you must therefore be passionate about, and experienced working with young people and leading workshops.

 You will also have experience in designing programmes in a previous role
